If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions set out below.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

7. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us for the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
